About the Wedding

Robyn & Sam married on a beautiful midsummer’s day in June. They enjoyed a warm afternoon surrounded by verdant fields, family and friends. By adding minimal décor throughout the venue, they wanted to celebrate how natural Crockwell is and certainly achieved this. Imagining their wedding day to be in a green, open space, they opted to make use of the Orchard Pavillion, adorned with homegrown foxgloves and a rose arch which they stood under to say their vows.

The couple were particularly drawn to the three-day use of the venue, in their own words “being able to arrive the day before to set up and drink in the beautiful scenery, and reflect on the amazing day you had the next morning was so special. It made the occasion even more special to spend so much time with our loved ones in an incredibly beautiful space. It felt like a holiday getaway! The team are all so kind and welcoming, and have a real passion for making your wedding the perfect day you dream of.”

Offering advice to future couples, Robyn & Sam recommend booking your photographer and videographer as soon as possible so you can capture every moment. “A videographer may seem like an optional addition, but in my opinion it was one of the best decisions we made. The day goes by in a flash and being able to relive and watch it all back is something I’m so grateful for.” You can view their gorgeous highlights reel here.
