Please use these detailed map and directions and bear in mind that Google maps or satellite navigation systems can often lead you down a small farm track only passable by four wheel drive vehicles.

The venue is approximately 11 miles from Towcester.

  1. From the roundabout where Brackley Road meets the A43, take the exit to Greens Norton.
  2. Stay on this road for approx. 7 miles passing through the villages of Greens Norton and then Blakesley.
  3. At the cross roads turn left to Adstone and onto Canons Ashby (National Trust property)
  4. In Canons Ashby pass the church on your left, then turn sharp right at the sign for Eydon
  5. Continue on this road for 1 mile
  6. Turn right at small crossroads up the drive to Crockwell Farm

Idyllic Wedding Venue Near Towcester

The Harper Family founded Crockwell Farm in 2002. It is a perfect wedding venue situated in Northamptonshire. We offer a full service and full use of the venue for over 3 days. We are located in a lovely and peaceful rural environment and are close to the borders of Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. With a vaulted ceremony barn, permanent marquees and gardens as well as 9 bedrooms inside farm cottages this truly is a fantastic venue for weddings near Towcester.

Accommodation

We have 7 rooms and a nearby cottage available to the farm. On occasion when the wedding party have already assigned all rooms to others you may wish to opt for nearby bed and breakfast or hotel.

Local Accommodation

Camping

You can camp at Crockwell Farm on the wedding night for a £10 per pitch charge. We don’t have showers or electricity, but we’ll have toilets open for you overnight. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to camping.

Taxis

If you wish to get back to your outside accommodation in a taxi, we can recommend companies from Banbury, Northampton, and Daventry.

We advise that you book your ride before the evening of the wedding. You may also leave your cars for the night and pick them up the next day. If you are staying at the East of Eydon cottage, we can get you back by the end of the evening for free. We can also arrange for an informal shuttle to take you to your local B&B within 3 miles of the farm for a small cost.

Bar

We have a full range of drinks in our bar such as lagers, ciders and bottled drinks. We also have a wide range of wines and spirits, which are all affordable. Wa can accept card payments and we also have a cashback facility. All drinks consumed in the premises for the night are expected to be bought from the bar.

Confetti

We unfortunately do not allow the use of paper confetti outside, but you are welcome to use dried rose petals instead.

Lunch

Lunch prior to the wedding is not provided. You may go to the Royal Oak in Eydon, just over a mile away from Crockwell if will require food.
