Hire is from 2pm the day before the wedding through to midday the day after. All available dates are possible “wedding days.”
NB: we guarantee pricing up to two years ahead. Beyond this, prices are subject to increase.

Crockwell is exclusively yours over three days
We do not take wedding bookings on consecutive days; our pricing reflects the fact that you will have access to our facilities from the afternoon before the wedding, until late morning on the following day – after a leisurely breakfast!
Our prices are guaranteed for 2 years from the time of booking
What’s Included

Exclusive use of all our facilities at Crockwell from 2pm the day before your wedding until midday the day after.
Complimentary bed & breakfast for the marrying couple the night before and the night of the wedding.
Choice of venue for the ceremony: the vaulted hall, the garden pavilion, or the starlit marquee, to be decided with a back-up option if an outside ceremony is planned.
An in depth, in person meeting plus support and advice to help plan your special day.
An invitation to a taster evening to try our wines and a sample menus from Ross & Ross.
An open afternoon in the summer to see the gardens, show family around and meet our team and other suppliers.
A dedicated member of the Crockwell team who will be on hand to help with the smooth-running on the day.
Choice of rustic cross-back or limewashed Chiavari chairs, and round or rustic long tables. White table linen.
All the accommodation available to the wedding party
Great lighting of the venue; chandeliers which can be dimmed for the evening, church candles in the hall, all the fairy lights, the starlit dance floor, lanterns & heat lamps on the veranda, and lights in the walnut tree and garden; all included.
Flexibility with your drinks package with glasses and staff to support it, and a fully stocked reasonably priced, licensed bar.
Ross & Ross will quote for your catering package, which will include crockery, cutlery and staff.
You are welcome to use your own contacts for anything other than catering, or we can happily recommend suppliers for all your needs.
Music systems for background music. PA system with cordless mike for speeches.
Cake table, cake stand, cake knife, table number stands, coat rack & umbrellas.
Plenty of parking where cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day.

We are licensed with the West Northampton Registrar; fees to them to be settled by the bride & groom.
We charge a supplement of £250 for ceremonies before 1.00 pm
We have a list of recommended suppliers; discos, florists etc; their prices are not included in our charges.
For suppliers not on our recommended list we require couples to provide us with contact details and copies of their Public Liability Insurance.
Drinks after the ceremony are served in the gardens when fine, but there is enough indoor space for cold weather and winter receptions. All heating costs are included.
The maximum seating for the wedding breakfast is 200.
Maximum total number of guests including evening guests: 220
Music – the last dance is at midnight. The bar closes at 12.30 am
Deposits and Payment Schedule

A deposit of £2,500 is required to confirm any booking; Crockwell retains £1,500 and forwards £1,000 to the caterers.
Twelve months before the wedding, a further instalment is required, bringing payments made to an estimated 30% of the total spend.
Six months before the wedding (generally after a detailed planning meeting) another payment is required, bringing the payments made to an estimated 60% of the total spend to include facility fee, drinks, catering and accommodation.
For bookings made less than 12 months ahead, the confirmation deposit will be 30% of the estimated total spend. For bookings made less than 6 months ahead it will be 60% of total spend.
We strongly recommend taking out wedding cancellation insurance. Deposits are non-returnable.
A £1500 returnable damage deposit is required together with the balancing invoice.
