Directions from Oxfordshire

Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Daventry NN11 3QA.

Please use these detailed map and directions and bear in mind that Google maps or satellite navigation systems can often lead you down a small farm track only passable by four wheel drive vehicles.

The venue is approximately 34 miles from Oxford.

  1. Leaving Oxfordshire on the M40 traveling north, exit at junction 11 onto the A422 (East – towards Brackley)
  2. At the first roundabout take first exit onto B4525 towards Northampton for 2.5 miles
  3. Turn left (North) following brown tourist signs for Canons Ashby House
  4. Stay on the road for 6 miles, ignoring all left hand signs towards Eydon, until you have gone through Moreton Pinkney and reached Canons Ashby
  5. At the entrance to Canons Ashby village, turn left signed Eydon and continue along this road for 1 mile
  6. Turn right at small crossroads up the drive to Crockwell Farm

Beautiful Wedding Venue Near Oxfordshire

Crockwell is an excellent wedding venue located in Northamptonshire and close by to the Oxfordshire border. Providing excellent service and private use of all facilities for three days, you will be able to enjoy the rural surroundings. The farm is close to the M40 and M1 motorways, which makes it the perfect place for weddings for all surrounding counties.

Accommodation

Our farm has seven bedrooms and a two-bedroom cottage less than a mile away. Guests are often able to get a room with us, but if not, you will also find many Bed and Breakfasts and Hotels in the area.

Camping

For a £10 per pitch charge you can choose to camp here on the wedding night. We, however, do not have a shower and electricity facilities, but we’ll have the toilets open for you throughout the night. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to camp.

Taxi Services

It’s very easy to get a taxi ride home from Crockwell Farm. We can contact various companies based in Banbury, Northampton and Daventry. If possible, it is always better to book your taxi before the wedding night. You can also leave your car here and pick it up next day.

For those who will be staying at the East of Eydon cottage, we can give them a ride back at the end of the evening for free. We also have a shuttle that can take you back to local B&B’s within 3 miles for a small fee, if this interests you, just let us know by approaching staff early on during the wedding.

Bar

Our Bar has all the drinks you would expect and all at an affordable price. Credit Cards are accepted and we will provide a cash-back service. Only drinks bought at the bar are to be consumed on the premises.

Confetti

Use of paper confetti is not allowed outside, instead please only use dried rose petals.

Lunch

No lunch is included before the wedding. If you require food then we’d like to recommend the Royal Oak in Eydon, just over a mile away from the venue.
