Megan & Charlie's colourful and fun wedding reflecting their adventurous Canadian life.
"Crockwell is set in such a beautiful and tranquil countryside location which also really appealed to us, having both grown up in the countryside."

Megan & Charlie's vision was to have "colour, energy and fun vibes in a traditional setting."
Bride Megan says "The team at Crockwell really did take all the stress out of our day and ensured it ran smoothly so we could just concentrate on enjoying our special day; we can’t thank them enough!"It’s wonderful to be able to share this truly gorgeous Spring wedding.
The couple wed in the Church of St Nicholas in Eydon with Megan making use of the 'Prep Room' at Crockwell to get ready ahead of the ceremony, before being whisked away in a Land Rover Defender towards the church - so fitting of the rural setting. Megan's beautiful dress was handmade by Andrea Hawkes at their shop in Islington, paired to perfection with her bespoke shrug.
The pair opted for rustic banqueting tables in the marquee for a relaxed wedding breakfast of BBQ sharing boards including 12 hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb with Salsa Verde.
To make their special day more personal, they incorporated elements linked to their adventurous Canadian life and hobbies such as using outdoor mountain/alpine and coastal scenes on their table plan and table names.

"We highly recommend using the accommodation at Crockwell. It served as such a lovely environment for the bridal party and family to spend time together the night before our wedding."
