Festival vibes with this joyful midsummer celebration complete with bell tents and an Orchard blessing.

Throughout planning, Anna & Ollie wanted to ensure their guests felt at home able to let their hair down and that’s exactly what they achieved, making the very most of our three day use. The couple provided extra glamping tents to allow extra guests to be involved from the day before right through to the morning after. Those staying overnight were treated to a welcome feast on arrival seated al fresco on the veranda while the sun set.

The wedding morning was full of love, excitement and an abundance of smiles. As Anna and her bridesmaids made final preparations Ollie and his Groomsmen guided guests through the enchanting gardens to the outdoor pavilion. Claire from Hibiscus really made the space magical with beautiful meadow flowers adorning the aisle and a spectacular floral arch.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed delicious canapes and drinks under the walnut tree while playing a few classic garden games. Meanwhile the Crockwell team were busy transporting the aisle florals to the top table to continue the English meadow theme inside. The addition of bud vases and pastel candles running the length of the long banquet tables completed a magical tablescape.

A feast of BBQ sharing boards was served along with various seasonal salads. Unbeknown to the wedding party, the fabulous Singing Waiter Masters had been assisting Ross & Ross with service throughout the day and launched into a fantastic live set. The party spirit was truly alive with guests up and dancing on chairs, napkins swinging above their heads and eventually all joining for a dance with the Bride & Groom. It was a fantastic way to get the evening started and I’m sure a moment Anna & Ollie will never forget!

The party carried on through the night with live band Truly Medley Deeply ensuring the dancefloor was packed all night. You could tell the room was just filled with happiness, love and laughter.
