Any drinks package you offer your guests is entirely up to you. We have a reasonably priced, fully stocked licensed bar, and it can be a pay bar throughout the day and evening. Alternatively, you can decide to pay for all your guests drinks.
More often we will put together a ‘drinks package’ of reception drinks after the ceremony, house wine on the table, and a toast. The bar will be open all day for guests to buy other drinks and any drinks after the meal. We have 3 drinks package options to give you a good idea of costs, but of course, these can be tailored to your requirements. If you would prefer to pay for drinks by the bottle/glass, you will see the prices on the information below.
Package 1 – £16.50 per guest
Reception – One drink per guest
You choose one from our reception drinks options and a non-alcoholic alternative.
House wine for the tables
1 large glass of house wine per person, where we offer a choice of red, white or rose house wine (as listed below). Jugs of iced water on the tables.
Toast
1 glass of Prosecco per guest, and sparkling grape juice for a soft drink alternative.
Package 2 – £28.00 per guest
Reception – Allowance of up to 2 drinks per guest, with the choice as above
We will serve the guests and offer top-ups. This is generally enough to cover drinks for about an hour after the ceremony; there will be some guests not drinking alcohol, and others who have more than two!
House wine for the tables
Unlimited house wine during the meal. We will put out 2 bottles of wine per table, and take out more wine as is required, up until the desserts have been served.
Toast
1 glass of Prosecco per guest, and sparkling grape juice for a soft drink alternative.
Children’s drinks package – £6.00 per child
Juice or squash for reception & meal, a champagne glass of sparkling grape juice for the toast

Gin & Tonic Station: served with plenty of ice and your choice of: fresh lime or lemon, cucumber, pansies, juniper berries, citrus peel.
Sangria: House Merlot with lemonade, orange juice, lemons & mint.
Warm mulled wine: with spices and orange Winter Pimm’s with fresh fruit & cinnamon
Pimp your Prosecco. £40 supplement
For something a little more fun, we can set up a Prosecco bar in the bar marquee or on the lawn where guests can pimp their own Prosecco with a choice of cordial, fresh fruit, flowers & herbs.

Wine
Included in our drinks packages are a choice of house wines. We take pride in the quality of our wines; all have been selected with the help of our expert suppliers to give you the best possible choice and value for money.
You will have a choice of three whites, three reds, and two roses as well as a delicious Italian Prosecco, and a French Champagne for a supplement. You will have the opportunity to try all our house wines along with food from Ross & Ross at a Taster Evening. If none are to your taste our wine merchants can provide an extensive list of alternatives, which are charged at cost plus corkage. You can also bring your own wine, for which we charge corkage (£15.00 per 750ml bottle of wine and £25.00 per 750ml bottle of sparkling wine). Please feel free to discuss with Ross & Ross the best wines to go with your chosen menu.
