As part of our commitment to the Sustainable Farming Incentive, we leave areas of our fields untouched over winter, with long grass, seas heads and wild flowers left standing to provide shelter and nesting spaces for wild songbirds.
At this time of year we also provide supplementary feeding.
The result is what you can hear 👂.

🌟Our starlit marquee is a firm favourite for larger ceremonies at Crockwell, offering breathtaking views across the rolling countryside and endless possibilities for beautiful styling.
🌷Our team, in partnership with the incredible @rossandrossevents transform the space in a matter of moments in preparation for the wedding breakfast, while your guests are treated to reception drinks and canapes in the spacious bar and gardens 🍹.

🌸 Before we know it, the first signs of Spring will appear and the landscape will start to change.
🤍 While we're busy planning weddings and improving the venue, nature is doing it's thing.
🌻 Longer days and Spring shoots lie ahead.

The Vaulted Barn is Crockwell’s original ceremony space 🤍
Dating back to the 18th century, its warm ironstone walls cocoon your guests, creating one of the most romantic settings to say I do.
The addition of a large picture-frame window floods the space with natural light, while the barn itself can be styled entirely to reflect your vision.
Each year, Hermione creates a bespoke dried-flower installation, using blooms collected from the Crockwell gardens, bringing the seasons and the landscape into the heart of the ceremony 🌾✨

❄️ It’s a busy month as we complete our usual winter closedown improvements - this year including completion of our twelfth and final bedroom.
💚 Amy provides an update on Crockwell plans, and the wedding industry as we head into 2026.

Frosty mornings and winter skies may still be lingering, but they’re only making us dream even more about the magic that’s just around the corner ✨❄️.
