Wedding Pricing
When comparing our prices with other venues please remember that we do not take full wedding bookings on consecutive days. Our pricing reflects the fact that you will have access to our facilities from the afternoon before the wedding, until late morning on the following day - after a leisurely breakfast!
Wedding Ceremony and Reception charges include the following:
- Exclusive use of all our facilities at Crockwell.
- Meetings, support and advice to help plan your special day.
- A dedicated member of the Crockwell team who will be on hand to help with the smooth-running of the day.
- An open evening to taste food and wine, show family around and meet our team and other suppliers.
- The hall and marquees will be set up with tables, chairs and white tablecloths and napkins.
- Glasses and staff to support the chosen drinks package and a fully stocked licensed bar.
- Video link of the ceremony to 2 x 1.30m plasma screens on the dance floor if required.
- Music systems in the hall and marquee for background music. PA system with cordless mike for speeches.
- Church candles in the hall, tea lights on the tables.
- Plenty of parking - cars can be left overnight and picked up the next day.

Information for all functions
- For a wedding ceremony only, please call to discuss availability & pricing.
- We are licensed with the Daventry Registrar; fees to them to be settled by the bride & groom.
- The maximum capacity of the hall for a ceremony is 70; the dance floor has 2 plasma screens and the ceremony can be linked to these for extra guests.
- The maximum seating for the wedding breakfast in the main marquee is 180.
- Maximum total number of guests including evening guests: 220.
- We will quote for your catering which will include the cost of crockery, cutlery and staff. The catering will be provided by The Chopping Block.
- Music - the last dance is at midnight. The bar closes at 12.30 am.
- We can recommend suppliers of music, florists etc; their prices are not included in our charges.
- We can quote for a drinks package, run a pay bar, or do a combination. All glassware and staffing will be included.
- Our charge for extra evening guests is to gain an accurate idea of evening numbers.
- A £2500 deposit is required to confirm any bookings, with the balance being payable upon invoice (raised 21 days before an event)
- A £500 returnable damage deposit is required together with the balancing invoice.
- These prices are applicable to new bookings.
- All charges include VAT @ 20% - VAT will be charged at the applicable rate on the day of the wedding.
