Wedding Pricing
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Charges include the following:
- Exclusive use of all our facilities
- Arrival at a time to be confirmed; the hall and marquees will be set up with tables, chairs and white linen. Tables will be laid in conjunction with the caterers to include name places, favours, etc. (which you supply).
- Meetings as required to arrange details of itinerary, colour schemes, drinks package, accommodation requirements etc.

Low season: Jan, Feb, & November 15% discount on our facility fee
Mid season:March & October 10% discount on our facility fee
Mid-week:Monday - Thursday 15% discount on our facility fee
Information for all functions
- Babies not taking a seat at a table are free of charge; all other guests (including children) are charged at £10.00 per person.
- Catering costs are not included in our charges. Our recommended caterer will quote for a menu to include crockery, cutlery and staff
- We can quote for a drinks package, run a pay bar, or do a combination. All glassware and staffing will be included.
- Music – the last dance is at mid-night. The bar closes at 12.30 am.
- We can recommend suppliers of music, florists etc; their prices are not included in our charges.
- A 33% deposit is required to hold any bookings, with the balance being payable upon invoice (raised 21 days before an event)
- A £500.00 returnable damage deposit is required together with the balancing invoice.
- All charges include VAT @ 17.5%
