👋 Meet the team behind your wedding
Katie - An experienced wedding coordinator, she runs her own business @katielouiseweddings whilst also supporting our couples. Highly organised and calm under pressure, she is a valued member of our team.
Sarah S - With a successful fashion industry background, Sarah joined us in 2019. Known for her bubbly yet calming presence, she’s a reassuring support on the wedding day. Sarah is a great advocate of the Crockwell ethos and a fantastic coordinator.
Jo - Joyous to be around and relishes getting to know our couples, she enjoys helping each couple along on their wedding journey and running their special day. Jo’s enthusiasm for the job is infectious.
Casey - Our newest member of the team and our amazing bar manager! Having worked in hospitality for over 10 years, Casey knows how to manage high-end events and is passionate about delivering a seamless bar service.
Will - Heading up our planning team, Will has been at Crockwell since 2017. An excellent eye for detail and brings a calm and thoughtful manner to the venue.
Sarah G - A fantastic addition to our planning team, Sarah conducts many of our viewings and works closely with our couples to deliver their special day.
Olha - Can turn her hand to anything! Her resilience and dedication inspires us daily.
Suzanne - Our housekeeping manager and talented breakfast chef. Suzanne also runs Eydon’s Pantry which is a popular option for dinner the night before at Crockwell.
Amy - Daughter to our venue founders Bay & Hermione, Amy is the driving force at Crockwell and ensures the continuity of the family business as our Director. Amy is also an ambassador for the @sustainableweddingallianceuk working to drive positive change in the wedding industry.
Joe - Head of maintenance and our Co-Director, Joe’s keen interest in sustainability ensures the venue works in partnership with nature. He also makes sure the venue continues to work like clockwork!
Bay & Hermione - Our founders and original Crockwell couple, holding their reception here in 1987! Bay overlooks every aspect of the venue and Hermione is responsible for our wonderful gardens.

⭐ Macy & Nathan ⭐
🌸 A perfect early spring celebration for Macy & Nathan and one of our very first weddings of the year!
Their sun-soaked March day began with a heartfelt, emotional ceremony in the Vaulted Barn, before flowing seamlessly into drinks, laughter and celebration. 🥂 Beneath the starlit marquee canopy, guests enjoyed an elegant wedding breakfast that carried the magic into the evening, once the dancefloor was revealed.
@rossandrossevents truly delivered, from exquisite canapés to a delicious three-course feast, finishing with everyone’s favourite wood-fired pizzas to keep the party going. 🍽️🍕

A huge thank you to Jaimie & Tom for their kindest words following their recent wedding ⬇️
"From the minute we arrived on Friday (albeit a bit early) this was no issue. We were welcomed with open arms by Casey and she showed us around and where to put things. We were able to start setting up, and as each staff member passed us, they all said hello and introduced themselves. We were then greeted by the amazing Sarah and then Suzanne from Eydon’s Pantry.
Sarah, I cannot thank you enough for the ease you put into our weekend at Crockwell. You were fantastic, simply put. You laughed and smiled with us all and nothing was too much to ask. Everyone complimented you, you kept your cool at all times and if we needed anything, you were there to save the day, so thank you so much.
Please pass our thanks on to Suzanne as well. The breakfast and pizzas were amazing. Everyone complimented the breakfast and how good quality the ingredients were, as well as the variety!
Will, thank you for your top tier communication and doing our planning meetings with us. Every email was answered almost immediately and all my questions answered! This again put us at ease, and we knew that anything we needed we could contact you guys.
Casey, phenomenal bar manager! She made sure that our drinks were topped up and was so polite and friendly and super chill, which we loved.
Ross and Ross, the food was amazing!!! Everyone complimented it. The pork belly was especially mine and Tom’s favourite and there were non-stop compliments on the canapés.
Also, a thank you to all your staff, everyone we came across was so friendly and full of smiles and that is truly a credit to Crockwell.
Finally, your venue is amazing. All our guests have told us “wow, what a stunning venue”. The decor on the dancefloor was a highlight. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family that are getting married!"

🌸🐝 A gorgeous Spring Wedding
☀️Harry & Olivia's April wedding last year felt more like the start of Summer, with beautiful golden light and warmer weather.
From start to finish, their day was filled with happy tears, laughter, and thoughtful personal touches, including confetti lovingly grown by Olivia herself! 🎊
Following a beautiful ceremony in the Vaulted Barn, guests sipped sangria and prosecco on the lawns 🥂, soaking up the sunshine before sitting down to a delicious three-course feast by @rossandrossevents.
