Rectory Barn, in Eydon village, has two letting bedrooms, one double and one twin, with two bathrooms and a private sitting room/breakfast room. This is a self-contained unit, with its own entrance. The unit is available only as a complete package, the 2021 rate being £250.00 per night. Self-service breakfast is provided and included in the price.

The accommodation is for four people. An additional camp bed can be provided for a child if required, at no extra cost.

There is plenty of off-road parking, and there is use of the swimming pool in summer months, accessed by the sitting room French windows.

A newly refurbished three bedroom cottage, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The cottage comprises of two double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is a separate family bathroom.

Downstairs there is an open plan sitting/dining room with a log burner and separate kitchen.

French doors lead out to a small paved, enclosed garden with side access.

The cottage is available on a self-catering basis at £240 per night.

Walnut View is run by Tim and Alison as a family home and B&B. There is one double room, with en-suite. The other double has a connecting bathroom sharing with a separate twin room.  There is parking and a pretty private garden. Prices discounted for Crockwell Farm guests provided they book through tjs.eastwood@btinternet.com are £95 per room, for single use £65, this includes breakfast.
