The Chopping Block is recognised as one of the Midlands premiere catering companies, renowned for stunning food and excellent service. As a family run business, they are both small enough to care, and big enough to deal with large numbers, offering everything from the elegantly simple through to extravagant fine dining.
Ben and Gwil Jones who run the business have been working with us for the last eight years and we have built up a seamless working relationship. Their dad, Phil, is the butcher and he ensures that their meat is always the best – British and of high quality. Their standards are high and they have a dedicated team of staff including talented chefs and experienced friendly waiting staff.
You may want a traditional formal wedding breakfast, or a far more casual meal: whichever end of the spectrum we are sure that we can meet your expectations. The Chopping Block will work with you to develop a tasty, locally sourced menu that will be freshly cooked here for extremely competitive rates
