Directions from Leamington Spa

Crockwell Farm, Eydon, Daventry NN11 3QA. Please use the directions below and bear in mind that Google maps or satellite navigation systems can often lead you down a small farm track only passable by four wheel drive vehicles. The venue is approximately 29 miles from Royal Leamington Spa and 41 minutes.

  1. Take A452 and then join the M40 going South

  2. Travel on M40 and exit at junction 11

  3. At roundabout take the 4th exit on the A422 towards Brackley

  4. Drive up the hill and at the next roundabout take first exit onto the B4525 and follow this for 2.5miles

  5. Turn left (North) and follow brown signs for Cannons Ashby House (a national trust property)

  6. Stay on this road for 6 miles, ignoring all left hand signs towards Eydon, until you have gone through the village of Moreton Pinkney and reached Cannons Ashby

  7. At entrance to Cannons Ashby village, turn left signed Eydon and continue on this lane for 1 mile.

  8. Turn right at small crossroads up the drive to Crockwell Farm

Idyllic Wedding Venue Near Leamington Spa

Our farm is the perfect wedding venue in Northamptonshire, next to warwickshire and Oxfordshire. It was established by the Harper family in 2002. We have 9 large rooms within the farm cottages, a vaulted ceremony barn, permanent marquees and a beautiful garden. It is nearby the M40 and M1 motorways. The whole venue is available for use for 3 days or more and you will be assisted by our wonderful team throughout.

Accommodation

Our onsite accommodation includes 7 rooms and we also have a cottage approximately a mile away. If the bride and groom have not already allocated all rooms, you may be able to book them yourself. If required there are also many Bed and Breakfast and Hotels around the area.

Local Accommodation

Camping

If you are considering camping then call us in advance to arrange, there is a charge of £10 per pitch. We don’t have shower and electricity facilities for campers, but we do have toilet facilities that will be open overnight.

Taxis

If you need to take a taxi from Crockwell at the end of the night there are plenty of taxi companies locally who can facilitate this. It is better if you book your taxi in advance. You may also leave your cars behind and pick it them up the next day. For guests who are in Eydon Cottage, we can take you back free of charge. For guests staying in other accommodation within 3 miles of Crockwell, we can also drive you back via our informal shuttle service for a fee. If you like the idea of this then please let us know early on in the evening so that we can make arrangements.

Bar

We have a bar stocked with affordable drinks. Lagers, ciders, wines, spirits and bottled drinks are all available. We accept credit cards and can provide a cashback facility when required. All drinks to be consumed are expected to be bought from the bar.

Confetti

If you wish to use confetti during the wedding, we ask that only dried rose petals are used.

Lunch

If you require lunch prior to the wedding, we recommend the award winning Royal Oak in Eydon as lunch is not included.
