At Crockwell we now have three options which are all licensed for civil weddings, partnerships and naming ceremonies.
The vaulted hall is ideal for up to a maximum of 86 guests with oak beams, high ceilings, window alcoves with candles, and all the character that you could wish for. To accommodate more guests we have a live video link to two HD screens on the dance floor.
New for 2016 is the Orchard Pavilion, a wonderfully romantic location for your ceremony with a winding aisle from the garden. Seating can be for up 180, which is the maximum capacity of the marquee for the wedding breakfast. This option is only practical in good weather, and the final decision will be up to the Registrar.
Also licensed in 2016 is the main marquee area overlooking the lovely South Northamptonshire countryside. This can seat up to 180 guests and will be warm and comfortable whatever the weather. After the ceremony the guests would have their drinks and photos outside on a fine day, or in the hall and bar. We would set up the marquee for the wedding breakfast during this time.
