Flexible accommodation
This two storey cottage stands in its own grounds on the edge of Eydon Village, just ½ mile from the Royal Oak (pub) and 1 mile from Crockwell. It is available to rent on a self-service bed and breakfast basis; or for longer self-catering stays.
Downstairs there is a lovely large open plan kitchen/sitting room area with French doors leading onto a gravel terrace where you can catch the afternoon and evening sun. The cottage is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Satellite TV is provided in the sitting room and both bedrooms. Also downstairs there is a wc and a small cloakroom with a back door leading to the large garden.
The central wooden stairs lead to two spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed. The bathrooms have power showers over baths and we provide all the linen and towels.
We cater for all your stay requirements
We will leave continental breakfast in the cottage ready for you. There will be teas, coffee and chocolate: fruit juices, fruit and fruit compote as well as yogurts. Bread for toasting, croissants, jam, honey and marmalade will also be provided.
